I organize trainings and workshops on employer branding and personal branding (in both Polish and English).
I moderate debates and teamwork, and I also conduct conferences and business events.
I conduct my trainings myself or together with the invited industry experts (for example, social media, decision-making, HR strategy, organization culture, social selling). In the course of my career I’ve collaborated with management staff, managers, university researchers as well as students!
I participated as a speaker in conferences of the following organizations: Puls Biznesu (Business Pulse), Sprawny Marketing (I love Marketing), BIGRAM, the Infor Group, BPCC as well as at local events organized by Labour Offices.
I’ve also conducted events related to both GMC and Enactus Poland contests.
The knowledge I can share with you. First and foremost I will talk with you about the things I specialize in and which I enjoy most. They are: communication in the broad sense and branding, such as personal branding on social media, employer branding, recruitment marketing, young people’s expectations and motivation, communication between generations and internal communication as well.

Those in the HR department are familiar with the fact that I like the young generation and very often do a presentations on the similarities and differences between generations (personally, I prefer the part when I discuss the similarities ;-). Through training and consulting in the field of Employer Branding, I’m able to join marketing and HR.
