I love public speaking and I have been told I am good at it;-) Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a major conference, sharing knowledge is something I truly enjoy.
In my talks, I motivate and inspire employers to focus on building better relationships with employees and candidates, promoting transparency, responsibility, and openness to different generations.
I’ve been recognized as the best speaker at the I Love HR conferences in 2023 and 2024, and I won the LinkedIn Local Virtual in 2021. I’ve also been a top-three speaker at I Love Marketing on three occasions. At TEDx Warsaw Women, I discussed the crucial topic of cross-generational communication and collaboration. My presentations have also featured at events like InfoShare, Sales Angels, EB Show, Wyzwania HR, Golden Marketing Conference, and more. Occasionally I also teach at postgraduate and MBA programs.
