My name is Paulina Mazur, and I bring generations together for successful collaboration.
For nearly 20 years, I have been helping companies create diverse and inclusive workplaces that attract and engage employees from all generations—from Baby Boomers to the emerging Alphas.
I promote responsible and authentic employer branding because I believe that an employer’s brand is shaped by the experiences of employees, candidates, and clients.
I support leaders in building strategic HR, strengthening team relationships, and developing empathetic leadership that fosters long-term organizational growth.
Diverse Experience…
My professional journey began in recruitment, where I analyzed candidates’ CVs (including those sent by traditional mail). Until 2019, I worked at the HR consulting firm BIGRAM, managing projects in employer branding, talent recruitment, and training based on strategic games. Starting as an intern, I worked my way up to become a board member.
I also developed two international programs in Poland: Global Management Challenge competition and Enactus (non-profit organization), by engaging thousands of young talents from universities across the country.
As early as 2005, I was leading employer branding initiatives with my team, advising large and medium-sized companies on how to become employers of choice, guiding them to numerous awards and recognitions for good HR practices.
Over my 20-year career, I have collaborated with more than 200 companies across various industries, including brands such as AVON, Allegro, Advantech, PKO Bank Polski, Grupa AXA, Grupa PZU, Ferrero, Green Factory, Galderma, Grupa Saint – Gobain, PKN Orlen, Bank Zachodni WBK, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Nordea, LOTTE Wedel, Oriflame, Budimex, STRABAG, KGHM, Grupa Kapitałowa PGE, Orange Polska, VISA, MOWI, WWF Polska, ORLEN Unipetrol, and many others.
…brought me here
Since 2020, I have been running my own business, focusing on consulting and training that support employers in building relationships with employees at every stage of their careers. I provide advice in areas such as organizational culture, strategic HR, employer branding, and employee advocacy, while also working as an interim manager. I help managers create engaging workplaces and tailor HR strategies to meet business goals.
I redefine HR as “human relations” because I believe that business success requires strong and positive relationships. I work as a consultant, HR strategist, speaker, trainer, event organizer, and moderator in Polish, English, and Czech.
Currently, I live in the Czech Republic, work across Europe, travel frequently, and greatly value remote work.
My Achievements
I don’t count training hours, but I focus on ensuring that every participant gains something valuable—whether it’s a new perspective on professional relationships or improved leadership skills. For me, the greatest success is the feedback from participants and the return of clients.
I love public speaking and have been told I’m very good at it. 😉 In 2021, I won the LinkedIn Local Virtual conference as a speaker, and in 2023 and 2024, I was named the best speaker at the I Love HR conference. I have been on the podium three times among the best speakers at I Love Marketing. I also spoke at TEDx Warsaw Women, where I addressed intergenerational communication and collaboration. Additionally, I have taken the stage at InfoShare, Sales Angels, EB Show, Moc Kompetencji, Wyzwania HR, and the Golden Marketing Conference. I am frequently invited to speak at internal company conferences and to lecture at postgraduate and MBA programs.
What does this mean for you and your organization?
I can support you with my knowledge and experience in selecting the most effective employer branding strategies and building engagement among employees and candidates. But before I begin any workshop or consultation, I will ask “why” and “for what purpose.” 😉
I’ll help you clarify your goals, outline the broader business context, and assess how our actions will impact your company and its relationships with employees. When preparing presentations and materials, I rely on solid data and proven practices. My trainings are designed to inspire, energize, and focus on positive solutions.
